Vampire clamps in our terminology are simple clothespins and spring clamps enhanced with one or more marker pins or thumbtacks. When they are clamped onto the nipples or the labias the pain is agonizing mainly because the pins don’t penetrate the skin at once, they are just pushing on the nerve endings.
